Scope and Limitations:
The policy is not intended to cover:
- Complaints about the performance of specific employees, which are handled by the department manager/owner.
- Harassing, wrong language or intentional wrongdoing.
- Catastrophic events out of customer’s service scope.
- Offenses or misinterpretations of personality and characters.
- Violation of insurance policies or shipping policies.
All claims/returns will need to be emailed to email@example.com. Please, briefly state your reasons. Returns will be accepted in 30 days after purchase only if items are in good condition and have not been washed or dried. Spotty or dirty sheets are not acceptable. Zence commitment is that all complaints, questions and requests for service should be acknowledged within one business day and addressed no later than 3 business days by our staff. A substantive response should be provided within five business days. Clear reasons should be given if it is not possible to accommodate the customer’s request. The resolution can be communicated to the customer verbally or by e-mail.
